Have you ever wondered why feel so relaxed and calm when walking barefoot on the beach or going camping in the wilderness? One of the theories behind why we are experiencing anxiety, insomnia, and many of the chronic health challenges we are today is because are not connected with many of the natural frequencies found in nature. Since the dawn of man, we have spent much of our time in nature and walked barefoot, and, in doing so, connected with the natural frequencies of the earth, called the Schumann Resonance.
